shippingInfo-shippingTax-taxType - Type of tax: USSalesTax, Canadian, VAT

shippingInfo-shippingTax-taxAmount - if taxType is not Canadian

shippingInfo-shippingTax-GST - Canadian GST

shippingInfo-shippingTax-PST - Canadian PST
