STRING.LENGTH

Returns the length of an input string in the specified variable.

Syntax

<STRING.LENGTH
      VALUE="inputstring"
      VARNAME="varname"/> 

Parameters

VALUE (required)

Input parameter. The string to size.

VARNAME (required)

Input and output parameter. As input, the name of variable to hold the length of the string on output.
